BOXERCISE THAT FAT OFF
Boxing an artful combination of skills, coordination and strength. To some it’s a great way to tone up and stay in shape. To others it’s a way to channel energies and build focus. Let’s get ready to Boxercise!
Launched for the first time in Mumbai at PDP, our Boxercise classes consist of various exercise drills with rounds of warm-up, pad-work and punch work. The sessions are to accommodate all needs and both genders, adults and children 5 years and above.
No sparring will be involved in this session.
A Boxercise session lasts 1 hour from warm-up to close-down, to give you a full-body workout. Our fully-qualified Boxercise instructors are members of Mumbai Boxing.
All Boxercise classes are fun and give you an aerobic-style cardiovascular workout to help you burn calories in the most efficient way.
